SILENT  AUCTION DONATIONS

The Youth Singers of Calgary rely on Silent Auction donations to form a significant revenue stream for all of our Special Event fundraising programs. Each year over $25,000 is raised from silent auctions alone. This money raised helps off set the programs costs and tuition increases.

In addressing this challenge, we are requesting that each family donate a “silent auction” item with a minimum value of $50.00 per singer enrolled. We will be able to use these items through-out the year at various events towards generating additional revenue!

Samples of items that you can donate:

• Giftware or Gift baskets
• Crafts, Home Décor and Home Products (Artwork, Blenders etc.)
• Purchased services (Spa, Salons etc.)
• Purchased Gift Certificates (Canadian Tire, Block Buster, Earls etc.)
• Entertainment tickets (Theatre, Flames, Concerts etc.)
• Activity Passes(Calaway, Rounds of Golf, The Zoo etc.)

** Tax Receipts are available for all eligible donations, please be sure to fill out and submit your gift in kind form to ensure you are properly receipted**
