 The CAST Program

The CAST Program is a part of the Youth Singers of Calgary’s SUMMER STAGES. Our goal is to give young performers (ages 15-24*) a unique training experience and the tools necessary to take their love of the arts to the next level as they continue to pursue post-secondary, community or professional performance opportunities. * Participants age 15 must include a letter of recommendation from a performing arts coach or instructor. * Upper limit is a guideline only. We are welcoming of anyone interested in training with us;  please inquire if interested.

 SUMMER INTENSIVE & PRODUCTION

The CAST Program offers a unique training format with a staff of dynamic individuals who are experienced in both teaching and performing (scroll down for bios). The program runs for seven weeks primarily in June and July. It is structured so that participants can have a summer job working days and some evenings while still getting the benefit of a study program.
