It is with great pleasure that we introduce the ATCO Performing Arts Centre
On October 21 we unveiled the new name of our performing arts centre with a Building Naming and Ribbon Cutting ceremony. We could not have asked for better weather, and enjoyed an incredible performance by a Youth Singers ensemble. Watch the unveiling here. ATCO and the Youth Singers of Calgary have had a wonderful partnership since the beginning of Youth Singers. ATCO has been the title sponsor of our Mainstage Christmas Productions at the Jubilee Auditorium for 30 years. Mrs. Margaret Southern, co-founder of ATCO and Spruce Meadows, is a founding patron of YSC and has been a supporter ever since. Her generous gift launched the purchase of our building, newly renamed the ATCO Performing Art Centre.

With a shortage of affordable community arts spaces in the city, this donation will help ensure the facility becomes a permanent arts and culture asset for the Calgary community. Thank you to ATCO and Mrs. Southern for being champions for Calgary youth in the arts.
