(She/her) Kirsten joined the Youth Singers of Calgary during the 2008/2009 season and since has been part of the SENIOR HI, ACT3, and SHINE divisions. She has traveled to Florida, Bahamas, China, and South America but her main focus has been her involvement with the KIDZXPRESS and KIDAZZLE divisions since 2011. Kirsten trained as a child in a range of dance specialties such as Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Musical Theatre before joining the Calaway Live cast at Calaway Park where she was introduced to Youth Singers. Currently, Kirsten enjoys her job working as an Early Childhood Practitioner with The Calgary Board of Education. She has completed her diploma in Elementary Education from Mount Royal and hopes to finish her Bachelor’s Degree in Education soon. Kirsten has always loved working with children and is proud to continue choreographing for some of the littlest performers within the organization! Kirsten is on maternity leave for the 21/22 season.
