Congratulations Shirley Penner

Congratulations to our Founder and CDO, Shirley Penner, who has been awarded the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee medal for her significant contribution to the lives of Albertans. The medal was created to mark the 70th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the Throne as Queen of Canada, and is awarded in recognition of significant contributions to the province.
