Bryan is a lawyer with Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP.  He practices in the litigation and disputes group, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, construction, and indigenous law. Over his career, Bryan has acted on a broad range of matters, including joint venture disputes, contractual disputes in the energy, real estate, and construction sectors, actions involving breaches of fiduciary and trust duties, and royalty audit disputes for various oil sands operators. In addition, Bryan is the local chair for Norton Rose Fulbright’s Pro Bono Committee.

 Bryan has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, as well as the Tax Court of Canada. He has also acted as counsel in a number of arbitrations and mediations.

 Bryan’s daughter joined Junior Hi in 2024.  Her love of performance, the talents of all of the singers at YSC, and the dedication the YSC staff bring to the program inspire Bryan to join the Board of Directors in 2025.
