Dez has been with the Youth Singers of Calgary since 2008, and performed in the SeniorHi and ACT3 divisions from 2008 to 2024 . Pivoting from being on the stage; she has taken on more responsibility working behind the scenes to ensure the shows at Youth Singers and around the city go off without a hitch. Moving to full time in February 2025, Dez will be leading the stage crews and logistics set up of the ATCO Performing Arts Centre. Dez will also be continuing her roles on the creative teams with ACT3 and Second Chants.
